He joined the firm in year 2011 after returning from USA and working there for 3 years. Growing since then and providing Architectural, Interior & Project Management Service, working on varied scale projects from Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Real Estate Layouts!

Ar.Shilpa Dhamne, wife of Ar. Chinmay is leading the team of 25 people in-house (Architects & Engineers) who has done Masters in Construction Management from USA with Fortune-100 PMC firm in USA. Leading the teams is her fortae and she handles Project management, Design management & looking after operations and production of Architectural and Interior designs. She excels in bidding Govt tenders & preparation of the same.
My aesthetic is quiet minimalism — clean lines, soft tones, practical choices, and spaces that feel lived, warm, and effortless.
