He holds a Master’s degree in Green Building Sciences from the USA (2008) and brings international exposure combined with strong Indian execution expertise. Before returning to India, he worked in the United States for three years, gaining hands-on experience in sustainable design practices and project delivery systems.
Since joining the family firm in 2011, Ar. Chinmay Dhamne has played a pivotal role in scaling the practice alongside his father and partner, Ar. Chandrakant N. Dhamne. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its footprint across multiple states in India, delivering Architectural Design, Interior Design, Project Management Consultancy, and Real Estate Advisory services.

Shilpa Dhamne leads an in-house team of 25 architects and engineers, overseeing Project Management, Design Management, Operations, and Production for architectural and interior design projects. Team leadership, workflow structuring, and execution control are her core strengths—ensuring clarity, efficiency, and consistency across all project stages.
She also excels in government tendering, including bid strategy, technical documentation, compliance alignment, and proposal preparation—making her a key force behind the firm’s success in public-sector projects.
